These Terms of Use apply to the Maza Decor website, including its project galleries, product information, residence experience and enquiry forms. Please read them before using the site. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the website. You may still contact our team directly with questions about our services.

02Our services and website information

Maza Decor presents custom curtains and drapery, blinds and shades, motorized systems, headboards, upholstery and wallcoverings. Our showroom is located at 930 Carter Rd, Suite 234, Winter Garden, FL 34787, and visits are by appointment. Contact us to confirm the services and installation arrangements available for your project location.

Photographs, films, animations and descriptions help illustrate our work and design possibilities. Lighting, screen settings, fabric batches, dimensions and installation conditions can affect appearance. Website imagery does not guarantee an identical result in another home. Confirm materials, samples, measurements and technical requirements with our team before approving an order.

03Enquiries, quotations and project agreements

Sending a form, opening WhatsApp or requesting a visit begins an enquiry. It does not place an order, confirm an appointment, reserve materials or guarantee a price or installation date. Our team will confirm the next steps with you. For appointments booked through our Google Calendar page, the confirmation from Google establishes the reservation. Selecting a preferred date on this website does not reserve a time.

Product specifications, scope of work, prices, deposits, payment schedules, delivery, installation, changes, cancellations, returns and warranties are determined by the applicable written quotation, order or service agreement and applicable law. These website terms do not replace or change a signed project agreement. If a project agreement addresses a project-specific issue differently, that agreement governs that issue.

04Information and materials you submit

Please provide accurate contact details and project information, and share only materials that you are entitled to provide. If you contact us for another person or a business, you must have permission to do so.

By submitting an enquiry, you authorize us to review the information and contact you about that request through the contact details you provide. Project materials are used to evaluate and discuss your request; submission does not give us permission to publish your private photographs or project details for marketing. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

05Website content and permitted use

The Maza Decor name, branding, photographs, videos, text, designs and other website materials belong to Maza Decor or their respective owners, subject to applicable intellectual-property law. You may browse the site, share links and use it as a reference for discussing a project with us.

Unless permitted by law or the relevant rights holder, do not reproduce, sell, republish or commercially distribute website materials, remove ownership notices, or present our work as your own. Architects and designers are welcome to contact us for materials and permissions needed for a professional collaboration.

06Responsible use

Do not use the website to submit unlawful or deceptive content, impersonate others, collect other people’s personal information without authorization, transmit malicious code, interfere with website operation or bypass access controls. Automated tools must not disrupt the site or attempt to access non-public systems. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security problems or legal requirements.

The site includes links and connections to services such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps, and uses service providers for hosting, enquiry management and measurement. Those providers operate under their own terms and policies. Please review their terms before using their services. We do not control the content or availability of third-party websites, and linking to a service does not make Maza Decor responsible for that provider’s independent conduct.

We aim to keep the website useful and current, but content may contain errors or become outdated, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Please confirm information that is important to a purchase or installation with our team.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its informational content are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free access. Maza Decor is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the website or reliance on general website information without project-specific confirmation, except where responsibility is required by law or a binding agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, warranties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or reduces our obligations under your project agreement.

09Applicable law

These terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Florida, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website or our services. The date above identifies the latest revision. Please review the current terms when using the site. Updates to this page do not, by themselves, change the terms of an existing signed project agreement.
