From the first visit
to the final fold

One team carries the project from your door to the last adjustment. Here is what to expect.

Five steps. One point of contact. A schedule agreed with you.

1

Home visit

We come to you. We look at the light through the day, the architecture, the furniture and how the room is used. We bring fabric books and hardware samples, and we listen more than we talk. Most decisions are made here.

What we need from you: an hour, and the rooms as you live in them.

2

Measurement

Our technicians measure every opening, ceiling height and obstruction, check outlets for motorization and the ceiling structure for tracks. Nothing is estimated from a plan.

What we need from you: access, and your electrician's contact if motors are planned.

3

Design

You receive a project, not a quote: fabric, fullness, heading, hardware, automation and finish, room by room, with a price and an installation date. Samples come to your home so you see the fabric in your own light.

What we need from you: a decision, in your own time.

Atelier

Fabric is cut and sewn in Winter Garden by our own seamstresses. Patterns are matched, hems weighted, headings hand-finished. Every piece is checked against the measurement sheet before it leaves.

What we need from you: nothing. We'll send a note when the pieces are ready.

Installation

Our installers hang, dress and steam every panel, set motors and limits, and walk through the house with you. We explain care and any agreed follow-up arrangements at handover.

What we need from you: a morning, and the rooms clear at the windows.

Questions we hear
at the first visit

How long does a project take?
Timing depends on material availability, the scope of the project and installation requirements. The estimated schedule is confirmed for the selected materials and scope.
Do you work with our architect or designer?
Yes, and gladly. We take drawings, coordinate recessed tracks with millwork and motors with the electrician, and can report to the studio rather than to you if that is how the project runs.
Can you match a fabric we already have?
Usually. Bring a sample to the home visit or the showroom and we will source the same fabric or the closest match, and tell you honestly if it isn't suitable for the window.
Which areas do you serve?
Our atelier and showroom are in Winter Garden. We install across Central Florida daily, and regularly in Miami and Naples for whole-home projects.
Is motorization compatible with our home system?
We work with the main motor and automation brands and specify the right one for your system. If wiring is still open, we coordinate with the electrician; if not, battery motors avoid opening walls.
What does a project cost?
It depends on the fabric, the number of windows and the systems chosen. We prepare a quotation for your particular scope, with fabric, hardware and installation considered together. The price is agreed before production.
