Blinds & shades

A clean line at the window, with light control considered from the start. Roller and roman shades can stand alone or sit behind a curtain for a layered room.

Choose the right finish

Roller shades

A compact fabric panel rolls away when open. Openness and opacity determine how much daylight and view remain.

Roman shades

Fabric folds as the shade is raised, creating a softer, more textile-led finish. Consider the folded stack above the window.

Blackout options

An opaque fabric limits light through the material. Gaps around the edges still matter, so mounting and room-darkening requirements should be discussed together.

Planning your project

We consider the window recess, handles, opening direction and whether an inside or outside mount is suitable. When curtains and shades share a room, samples help coordinate undertones and texture. Tell us whether the priority is glare control, privacy or darkness for sleep.

Visit our showroom by appointment at 930 Carter Rd, Suite 234, Winter Garden, FL 34787. Tell us your project location so we can confirm the scope and installation arrangements.

Your questions,
considered.

Does blackout fabric make a room completely dark?
Blackout fabric blocks light through the fabric itself. Light may still enter around the sides, top or bottom. The installation and any additional light-control components need to match the level of darkness you want.
Can shades be combined with curtains?
Yes. A shade can provide practical light control while a curtain adds texture and softness. The recess, track position and fabric stack need enough space to work together.
Can a shade be motorized?
Motorization depends on the shade system, dimensions and power options. We review compatible choices during specification.
