01About this policy

This policy explains how Maza Decor handles personal information collected through our website, including the residence experience, project enquiries and the communications that follow. Our atelier is based in Winter Garden, Florida. You can contact us using the details at the end of this page.

02Information we collect

Information you provide. Depending on the form or conversation, this may include your name, telephone number, city, optional email address, product interests, project type, rooms, design preferences and any notes you choose to share. If you send photographs, measurements or other project materials by email or WhatsApp, those materials become part of your enquiry.

Website and device information. Our website and service providers may receive your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring website, campaign identifiers, interactions and request timestamps. This information supports website delivery, security, analytics and advertising measurement. Please do not include payment-card details, identity documents or other sensitive information in a website enquiry.

03How we use information

• Respond to your enquiry and discuss curtains, shades, motorized systems, headboards, upholstery or wallcoverings.
• Prepare and follow up on consultations, quotations, showroom visits and project arrangements.
• Maintain contact and project records so our team can continue your conversation.
• Understand website use and which campaigns lead to enquiries, and improve our content and services.
• Protect the website, address technical problems and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations.

Submitting a project request asks us to respond about that request. It does not, by itself, authorize unrelated automated marketing messages.

04Forms, service providers and external links

GoHighLevel. Website enquiry forms connected to our customer relationship management system send your contact details, project selections, notes and available campaign context to GoHighLevel for our team to manage your request.

WhatsApp. Some links and forms open WhatsApp with a prepared message containing the details you entered and available website or campaign context. You review and send the message in WhatsApp to complete that conversation. WhatsApp receives information through its own service under its privacy policy.

Google Calendar. The showroom booking link opens our Google Calendar appointment page. Google processes the contact information and appointment details you provide there, and shares booking information with the appointment organizer at Maza Decor. Google handles available times and booking confirmation under its own privacy policy. Choosing a preferred day on our website does not send a reservation to Google or reserve a time.

Google Analytics and Google Ads. Our site uses these services to measure visits, website interactions and advertising results, including clicks to contact us. Google may receive cookie identifiers, device information, campaign information and activity data. Our custom tracking events are designed to exclude the names, phone numbers, email addresses and free-text notes entered in our forms. See how Google uses information from partner sites.

Website infrastructure. Hosting, content-delivery and security providers process technical information needed to deliver pages, images and videos and protect the site. Our website is hosted through Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and website security.

Links to Instagram, Google Maps and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This policy does not replace those providers’ policies.

05Cookies and browser storage

The site uses browser session storage to remember whether the opening animation has been shown and to retain campaign and landing-page context during your visit. Google Analytics and Google Ads may use cookies and similar identifiers for measurement and advertising-related purposes.

Depending on applicable law, some advertising-related disclosures of identifiers and activity may be considered “sharing” or processing for targeted advertising. You can limit cookies through your browser settings, manage advertising preferences in Google My Ad Center, and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on on supported browsers. The add-on affects Analytics measurement, not every type of website or advertising data collection.

Browser settings and extensions vary by device. Blocking or clearing storage may affect preferences or some website features. Contact us if you need help making a privacy request; changing a browser setting does not delete a project enquiry already sent to us.

06Retention and security

How long information is retained depends on the purpose for which it was collected, whether an enquiry becomes an ongoing project, and applicable business, legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements. Browser storage and provider records may have different retention periods. Contact us to ask about the records associated with your enquiry or to request deletion where applicable.

We use safeguards intended to protect information, including encrypted website connections and server-side handling of CRM credentials. No website, transmission method or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

07Your choices and requests

You may ask us to update your contact or project information or stop contacting you about an enquiry. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, withdraw consent, or object to or limit certain processing, including advertising-related sharing.

Send requests to mazadecor@mazadecor.com and describe the request and the contact details used for your enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. Please do not email identity documents unless we have agreed on an appropriate verification method. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law, including any required response, explanation or appeal process. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve an existing matter.

08Visitors outside the United States

Maza Decor operates in Florida. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Privacy protections can differ between locations. Contact us for information about the handling of your enquiry and any rights that apply to you.

09Children’s information

This website is intended for people planning home and design projects, and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.

10Policy updates

We may update this policy when our website, services or information practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law.
